This was another amazing order! I get the regular and then a bag of the extreme. The quality is always the best. I have tried other jerkies on the net, and keep coming back to Dan's.

This is the real thing, like I used to make with my brother when we marinated and smoked our own jerky. The salty flavor, instead of the common sweet taste so common the marketplace, is excellent. Thanks for taking the time and caring enough to get it right.

I make my own beef jerky at home, and I love it. I KNOW beef jerky. Dan's smokehouse is the only beef jerky I'd rather eat than my home-made jerky. That's high praise.
Too many jerky-makers cheat you buy serving up a bag of gloppy, sticky mess, and have the nerve to call it "jerky". They are cheating you because you are paying extra for water in your jerky. You are paying for water weight in the product. That's right.....Instead of paying for a good drying process, they pass the cost off to you as water weight in the product. They are cheating you because they substitute extra preservatives for just doing a better job of drying their beef and giving you a quality product. They are dirty birds.
GOOD jerky, the REAL thing, is as dry as possible. Dan's Smokehouse Jerky is the real deal. It is good and dry. They don't get there by slicing it paper thin. They get there with good old fashioned smoked beef, dried to chunky perfection. Their other flavors are good, but I prefer the Original Beef Jerky flavor. A good honest product, in a less than honest age.
Do everything you can to keep these people in business. We need more like them. And no, I don't work for the company. Never even met them before. I'm just very enthusiastic about their quality.

Dan's beef jerky is off the charts. I've never tried a diverse jerky before. It goes way beyond any other beef jerky. It also fills my protein when needed. No other jerky comes close to Dan's awesome beef jerky. To those who haven't tried Dan's jerky, I encourage you to try it. I personally favor the original beef jerky.

This is by far the best beef jerky I have purchased. It is flavored but yet allows the natural taste of the beef to come through. I only gave 4 stars because I prefer a thicker cut and a little less peppery flavor. I used to make my own venison jerky, and I seasoned with a little pepper, powdered mustard, and salt.
